Don’t Be Fooled: ALL Coaches are NOT Created Equal…

Auto Date Tuesday, April 22nd, 2008

Personal Coaches set your budget back anywhere from $150-$250 plus per hour…

For every Coach that’s worth their weight in gold, there are four or five (or more!) chump hucksters that hide behind a business card and arrogant ignorance.

It’s your responsibility to do your homework and guarantee you don’t get rooked and/or ripped off!

Here are…

5 Warning Signs That You’re In Danger of Getting Played By a Chump!!!

1. No References and/or Poor References

Don’t settle for “just” testimonials. Be sure that you’re also provided with some legitimate contact information so that you can get a 3rd party perspective of what you’re getting into! While you’re at it, ask for 3-5 professional references.

This is a serious relationship. Don’t get lazy in the selection process!

2. They Ignore Personal Boundaries

If your new Personal Coach tends to get a little too close for comfort, you’re heading into dangerous territory! If you’re getting bad vibes from uncomfortable or improper behavior or, you’ve got two choices:

  • You can confront your Coach directly – up front. Since they’re ignoring those boundaries, it’s up to you to show them where the line is drawn, or
  • You can start looking for a new Coach, IMMEDIATELY! Remember: Technically, you’re the boss!

3. They Fail to Tailor Their Programs, Advice and Routines Around YOUR Needs!

When you’re shelling out hundreds of dollars a month, you’re doing it to meet VERY specific goals. Anything else is simply unacceptable!

It’s not about them – about their wants, needs or egos. It’s about you!

If it’s not, you’re just wasting your money…

4. They NEVER Shut Up and/or They Can’t Keep on Track…

There’s a difference between “spontaneous” and scatter-brained…

Between “engaging” and annoyingly wordy…

If you’re willing to settle for second best, by all means, be my guest – it’s your money, after all.

But if you’re committed to change, and you want the biggest bang for your buck, either of these two traits should be setting off alarms!

Getting (and staying) on the right track and keeping Chump Moments away is no easy task. Life is filled with reasons why you CAN’T achieve your goals.

Why let your solution become yet another part of the problem?

“Diarrhea of the mouth” and a ditzy tendency to get side-tracked are going to get on your nerves sooner or later.

“Circumstances” will start coming up and you’ll start missing appointments. Then you’ll start feeling guilty and soon, before you know it, you’ll find yourself right back where you started.

Get out as soon as you can! There are a multitude of other, better suited Personal Coaches in your area – you just need to know where and how to look.

Or, you can jump on board with Ole Coach. I’ve taken many people from Cellar to Stellar and I can do the same for you, but before you even ask about me or my services, I’ve got one requirement. You MUST listen to Chump Repellent first. Those who have come on board with me and those who haven’t have experienced some outstanding personal development from understanding the things in life which are holding them back and how to identify and get rid of these things.

5. You Trust Them About as Far as You Can Throw Them (- and Judo ISN’T YOUR Specialty…)

You put a LOT more than your money in the hands of your Personal Coach.

You put your time in their hands…
You put your hope in their hands…
And sometimes the most inner portions of your life…

You put your health and well-being in their hands…

And – ultimately – you put your trust in their hands!

If you can’t trust in them to do what they say they’ll do, what are you still doing there?

There are any number of reasons that a personal Coach can make you wary –

  • Word on the street
  • “So-So” Ethics & Morals
  • A Defensive or Secretive Attitude
  • Or, even just a hunch…

Regardless of the cause, a lack of confidence in your Personal Coach will inevitably become a stumbling block to your success…

As the Ancient Chinese saying goes… “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on ME!”

Don’t be played for a fool…

Even one danger sign is enough to spell BIG trouble for your ultimate fitness goals.

REMEMBER: You write the paychecks!

If you’re not happy with the Personal Coach you’ve got (or the one you’re checking out), it’s time to find one that fits the bill…

If you don’t think you need one, then I’ve got news for you…..

There aren’t any top notch professionals in any sport or profession who don’t have a coach. It is impossible to reach the highest levels of success without one. Without a coach, you’re destined for Chumpitude.

How she lost all the weight

Auto Date Wednesday, April 2nd, 2008
Many people have been asking me how my aunt lost all of the weight.
Well, I’ll explain.
She did 5 things:
1. She hired me as her personal coach (smart move if I do say so myself)  :-)
2. She followed the World’s Easiest Di-et, outlined The Backyard Workout –> http://www.TheBackyardWorkout.net
3. She followed this simple 1/2 marathon walking program –> http://www.halhigdon.com/halfmarathon/halfwalk.pdf
4. She attends weekly meeting and/or telecoaching calls to keep her on track
5. She understands that overeating is like being an alcoholic. It is something that has to be always treated.
That’s it. Sounds easy enough.
Unfortunately, I have to say this before the emails come in, I don’t have any more room in any of my coaching groups (judo, business, fitness, relationship, life coaching).  I’m a filled up to capacity and so is my wife. I will open up the groups again some time at the end of the year after the coaching session ends and I find out who wants to re-up and who doesn’t.  In terms of the Judo/BJJ groups, I can tell you right now that you will not see an opening for that until after the Olympics.
Take care and make sure to pay close attention to The Health and Wellness Queen. She has a new book coming out very soon –> http://www.TheHealthAndWellnessQueen.com

Introduction
=========

Getting more done than you ever have before, breaking through plateaus, experiencing high levels of personal achievement and the like require on thing.

That one thing is something that I speak about all the time.

If you’ve ever attended one of my clinics, heard one of my teleseminars or purchased any of my products, you will know that I am a big believer in this one thing.

This one thing, in my opinion, is the difference between:

Big Timers and No Timers
Winners and Losers
Champs and Chumps
First and Second
The Inner Realm and The Outer Realm
Victory and Defeat
Satisfaction and Dissatisfaction

That one thing is the thing that I see so many people lack. They try to make up for it but you can’t make up for it. It can be used to make up deficiencies in other areas, but excelling in other areas cannot make up for a lack of this one thing.

This one this is……..

DISCIPLINE

Either you have it or you don’t. I can help you get it, I can find it for you, I can show you where it is, I can tell you how to access it, but if you don’t get it.. Well, you will never find out or discover how good you can be.

You can’t get discipline through a pill, through a needle, from a program, out of a book or from a paper. You can get it from sound coaching, surrounding yourself with the right people, feeding your mind with the right material and getting inside of and creating the appropriate inner circles for yourself.

My aunt, is not a high level athlete, but she is by far the most disciplined client that I have. She has gone from 234 pounds to 201 (she was at 203 but she reported in this morning and is 201). She is in phenomenal shape and DOES NOT DEVIATE from the program, protocols, or imperatives that I put in place - not at all!!!

She does not have Chump Moments because she has understood how to repel these moments. She has a good grasp of how to use Chump Repellent and why she needs to use Chump Repellent.

But back to the topic at hand….. Discipline.

Do you not know, that Discipline is the single most underrated characteristic of champions. People think its something else. People attribute strength, speed, power, technique, and the like to being good, but the key has been and always will be discipline.

If you want to become a more discipline individual, and get tough when it comes to creating your plan and sticking with it, then what you need is Chump Repellent. Get it today.
