- I’m gong to get right for the beach
- I’m going to get back into that dress
- I’m going to get back down to my “fightin’ weight”
Well, well, well……Look at yourself now.
What happened.

So…what happened?
I’ll tell you what happened…
You’ve been watching television and arguing whether President Obama is right or wrong or if “the surge” worked of if it didn’t.
You’ve been talking about the recession and the economy.
You’ve been financial gymnastics with your budget and you’ve been stressing yourself out and before you know it you haven’t been spending time with the most important person you know —– YOU!!

If you don’t get yourself into some good shape you are going to be even more stressed.
And you can trust me… I KNOW how to handle stress. I workout in the morning, I just finished my Ph.D. studies, I have a wife and a son, I run a business and I watch Fox News everyday and the Bill O’Reilly show just so I can practice regulating my blood pressure. And I run marathons and 1/2 marathons to pass the time.
Why am I telling you this….well because you DO have enough time to get yourself in great shape even with all of the things that you have to do during the day.
You ask, “How?”
Well, here is a bona fide solution.

I’m Back On It!!!

If you’ve been following me on Facebook, you’ll notice that I started back training with my Dumbbells in the morning.
That’s right - Dumbbells.
I have a pair of 8lb dumbbells and 12lb dumbbells and I get busy in the morning with my dumbbell workout.
And the great thing is that the workout is smooth, easy, yet challenging when I want it to be. And my body is hot….Well, at least my wife thinks so and that’s all that matters when you really get down to it
Sorry about that… I got a little carried away….. Ahem….. As I was saying, anybody can do my Dumbbell Workout.
As a matter of fact, I jumped back on the dumbbell training program because my doggone shoulders were hurting so bad and I need to increase my strength as well as my range of motion and I need to lift while also getting in a quality cardio workout because when I was writing my dissertation my time was just limited.
So I got back on the dumbbells and started to tighten my body back up.
And guess what…. I want you to get “tight” too.
